　　Adhere to all safety policies and procedures without exception.Repair and maintain a variety of janitorial equipment, including carpet extractors, scrubbers, burnishers, polishers, vacuum cleaners, and basic janitorial equipment. This includes scheduled preventive maintenance, tire/wheel repair, braking system repairs, and other diagnostics.Maintain complete service records for all equipment.Coordinate and prioritize workload with your supervisor.Welding and cutting steel for fabrication and repairs.Operation of forklift machinery.Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.[[POSITION REQUIREMENTS:]{arial=""}]{new="" roman="" times=""}

　　High school diploma or GED preferred.Must be able to read and write English proficiently.Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanics, basic electronics, and pneumatics.Experience in failure analysis and repair of electromechanical machines.Proficiency in preventative maintenance and repair of janitorial equipment such as Tennant Floor Scrubbers, Propane Burnishers, Buffers, Scrubbers, Carpet Cleaners, Wave Lifts, and other janitorial equipment.Ability to work closely with internal AATC departments to source, order, and maintain supply inventory.Welding experience is preferred.[[WORKING CONDITIONS:]{arial=""}]{new="" roman="" times=""}

　　Valid driver's license

　　Must successfully pass a background check for insurance and security processes.

　　Ability to lift to 75 pounds and handle a variety of tools, equipment, and supplies.

　　The majority of the workday is spent standing.

　　Some outdoor work can be required in all weather conditions.

　　Hazardous materials handling.
