This role offers the opportunity to join a brand-new global Centre of Excellence for Culture that is focused on the design, scalability and execution of fit-for-purpose solutions that change behaviors, progress underrepresented talent, and strengthen the employee experience. By providing coordination and administration support to the CoE team, the Culture Team Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our mission to create a diverse workforce where everyone belongs, and everyone has access to the opportunities they deserve. This role reports into the Chief Culture Officer with a matrix to the Culture CoE lead, the VP Culture & Talent.

What You Will DoTeam Coordination Activities (50% of time) * Provide coordination for global Culture team activity to include organizing team meetings and maintaining the team plan (Occasional travel may be required for certain activities) * Manage the Culture team mailboxes and physical mail. * Maintain and update dashboards and compile monthly and quarterly reports. * Financial coordination for all team activities to include processing invoices, intracompany transfers, tracking and reporting on budget status, and managing the year end budget accrual process. * Coordinate all administrative activities with external vendors and partners, to include contract processing, financial set up, and invoicing. * Organization and upkeep of shared digital team space and storage. * Order and maintain stock of relevant promotional merchandise. * Coordinate onboarding activities for new joiners in the Culture team. * Organize all printing collateral for team events. * Coordinate all team recognition activities.
Executive Assistant Activities (25% of time) * Provide EA support for the Chief Culture Officer to include calendar management, organizing travel, processing expenses, account management account management and organizing their speaking engagement preparation.
Program Coordination Activities (25% of time) * Coordination of global programs and events, to include scheduling, venue bookings, updating project plans, participant communications, learning management system administration, vendor/contract admin, evaluations, and reporting. * Administer virtual training sessions via Webex to include set up, Q&A, and managing breakout activities. * Provide administration support for all global inclusion campaigns, such as International Women's Day, Dive In Festival, etc.
What You BringFoundational Skills and Experiences: * Strong written and oral communication. * Experience in project coordination and administration. * Experience creating and updating tracking documents and PowerPoint presentations. * Strong relationship management and related soft skills; strong collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. * Comfort with working in a fast-paced team in a flexible and dynamic environment; ability to approach challenges with a growth mindset. * Exposure to project management, ideally with some experience of this in a culture change environment. * A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace. * Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant experience preferred. * Experience of administering Learning Management Systems preferred.
Education * Degree or relevant experience.
