JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Title: CSL Program Manager Supervisor: CSLDirector SUMMARY General Description: The CSL Program Manager isresponsible for directing and supporting all aspects of operations forCommunity Supported Living in their region. The CSL Program Manager willwork with key functional areas to ensure quality supports and budgetcompliance and is responsible for the implementation of Individual andBehavioral Support Plans, supervision of individuals\' supports andoverseeing ongoing development of programs. Maintain updated clientrecords with plans, notes, appropriate forms, or related information.***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Responsibilities andDuties: Supervises the Direct Support Professionals in individuals\'homes and apartments and are responsible for training, supervision,scheduling and performance appraisals of the Direct SupportProfessionals working in these programs. Ensures the needs and desiresof the individuals are met or exceeded through the targeted use ofstaff. It may be necessary for the Program Manager to work direct care,including ADLs, assisting with medical appointments, emergencytreatment, transportation, community connections/integration and othersupports. It is the responsibility of the Program Manager to managepersonnel and ensure staff coverage of the program at all times. Ininstances where other staff are not available, the Program Manager willprovide the supports and services for the program. This positionincludes on-call responsibilities and providing care to those supported.They are responsible for creating and maintaining a safe environment inthe home that meets the needs and preferences of the individuals livingin their own home and complies with the policies of the organization andall federal, state and local regulations.
