  About the opportunity

  As a result of an increasing portfolio of projects, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a CS&A Engineer to join the team based out of Phoenix House, Stockton on Tees. We have a team of approximately 140 based in the office offering Project Management and multi-engineering delivery capability. We offer a range of solutions, across a variety of clients and business sectors through the full project lifecycle from feasibility to commissioning. The projects we are currently involved in include: clean energy (green hydrogen and fusion), effluent treatment, steam generation as well as nuclear decommissioning for a diverse range of clients.

  Your duties:

  Communication with clients and other design team members to provide technical input and ensure successful integration

  Support and develop more junior engineers and technicians

  Assist with the development and delivery of design documents and solutions including the production of calculations, drawings and supporting documents

  Independent and autonomous work during the delivery of complex engineering activities

  Adherence and contribution to business and quality management systems whilst developing a good safety culture

  Here’s what you’ll need :

  Degree qualified in Civil/Structural engineering or demonstrable equivalent underpinning knowledge and understanding

  Familiar with basic engineering technologies and techniques with a good awareness of British and/or Eurocodes

  Awareness of applicable codes and safety legislation and how they should be applied

  Good working knowledge of design with structural steelwork and reinforced concrete
