JOB REQUIREMENTS: Crop Insurance Associate Job LocationsUS-WI-Evansville # of Openings 1 Category Agriculture Overview A CropInsurance Associate is responsible for, but not to be limited to,assisting the Crop Insurance department, providing exceptional customerservice to crop insurance customers, focus on prospecting and sales,data entry into various crop insurance software programs, filemaintenance, general organization of crop insurance policy paperwork andcommunicating with crop insurance companies and customers. A CropInsurance Associate will carry their own book of crop insurancecustomers (60% time) as well as help the crop insurance team withprocessing(40% time). Responsibilities Maintain knowledge of all cropinsurance products and services Educate customers on all crop insuranceproducts and services Develop a prospect list and prospect new potentialclients Book of business of 20 - 80 customers approximately UnderstandBank Mission and Brand, organizational structure, employee handbook,bank security, policies and procedures, and standards of conduct Createscorrespondence, memos, reports, forms and tables. Assist with customercommunication, information gathering and inputting customer data andcreating detailed reports. Utilize mapping programs to generate reportsand input data to customer files. Maintain accuracy and details ofcustomer files. Other duties may be assigned. QualificationsAssociate\'s degree in Agricultural related field and/or similar fieldof education Previous work experience in crop insurance sales or Agsales environment preferred State of WI Property Insurance License Meetall training requirements to be a licensed crop insurance agent in thestate of WI Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills(verbal & written) in order to communicate and relate effectively withcustomers and associates Strong attention to detail with the ability towork efficiently & accurately Strong organizational skills, includingthe ability to prioritize and remain calm while working in a fastpaced/deadline driven environment Good working knowledge...
