Instructions are received regarding work to be done and how to do it when new or unusual procedures are involved. Crew Leaders lead and participate in the work and notify supervisors of the work in progress and upon completion. The incumbent may work with commercial and private haulers and the general public using the landfill and/or recycling center. The work is performed under the direct supervision of the Highway Superintendent and/or designee. Does related work as required.Work Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week with benefitsSalary: $24.6877-$31.2484/hr.
