  You are responsible for

  Ensure a better cash flow for the company, and influence the organization towards a better process.

  You are responsible for your customer’s account from an E2E perspective, from the daily calls to get the money until the application on his accounts and conciliation. As a collector you will work on the last part of the chain and directly with our customers, you will be able to work on understanding our customer’s needs by listening to their feedback and working on a solution inside the company.

  To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  ·Undergraduate student

  Students of Finance, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration·Strong communications skills

  ·Excel intermediate advanced

  ·Proactive and organized

  ·English intermediate-advanced

  ·Portuguese is a plus
