　　Job Title: Credit Analyst (Contract to Hire)

　　Responsibilities:

　　Credit Risk Assessment: Evaluate the creditworthiness of individuals and businesses by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information.

　　Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the financial health of potential clients, identifying any red flags or risk factors.

　　Credit Scoring: Utilize credit scoring models and tools to determine credit risk and establish appropriate credit limits.

　　Documentation: Prepare comprehensive credit reports and documentation to support credit decisions.

　　Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to gather necessary information and present credit recommendations.

　　Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

　　Monitoring: Monitor and assess existing credit accounts, identifying potential risks and recommending appropriate actions.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

　　Proven experience as a Credit Analyst or similar role.

　　Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

　　Knowledge of credit risk management principles and practices.

　　Familiarity with financial software and credit scoring models.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
