About Creative Director, Premium Video

  What’s the role?

  The National Video Team team is searching for a dynamic Creative Director to join the team in an exceptional opportunity. This role is pivotal in advancing our corporate goals, fostering innovation, and shaping a distinctive narrative through unparalleled video content.

  Role and Responsibilities:

  Develop and execute creative content aligned with the strategy, ensuring the video content is distinctive and impactful.

  Leverage hands-on experience to capture high-quality footage, displaying an understanding of visual storytelling principles.

  Showcase your proficiency in video editing, bringing raw footage to life and creating compelling narratives.

  Apply your expertise gained from working in a newsroom environment, understanding the unique demands and pace of delivering news content.

  Use your creative flair to incorporate motion graphics that enhance storytelling and engage our audience in new and exciting ways.

  Collaborate closely with colleagues in the video team, fostering a creative environment that encourages the sharing of ideas and expertise.

  Engage with cross-functional teams and newsrooms to ensure video content aligns seamlessly with strategies and demographics.

  Push the boundaries of news video with positive ideation and work ethic.

  Who are you?

  7+ years of demonstrable experience in video filming with DSLRs, mirrorless cameras or similar.

  7+ years of editing experience on non-linear programs, namely Adobe Premiere.

  Highly proficient in key Adobe programs such as After Effects and Photoshop.

  Proven success within newsroom environments, showcasing an acute understanding of the distinctive demands of the news industry.

  Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and strategic planning capabilities.

  Experience with Youtube CMS and analytics
