About CR Finance Workforce Optimization Analyst

  Job Description

  Intel Finance is refining the operating model while investing on scale new enterprise systems and automation, and it has become critical that it is optimize the global workforce to deliver top-quartile effectiveness and efficiency. That effort includes an increased focus on extending finance capabilities in key sites such as Costa Rica, while streamlining activity in our highest cost markets.

  This role is enabled as a 1-year assignment centered on supporting project management activities for the effective transition of these scope of work from high-cost geos into Costa Rica.

  As a Project Manager Assistant, the primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  Support the Project Management tasks related to the hiring and onboarding, integration, and ramp activities for the growth of scope in Costa Rica Finance in collaboration with the Project Manager, the Finance Hiring and Onboarding Team, and multiple HR partners and vendors.Own communications about top positions to All Finance and give visibility and marketing of current open positions to the Finance organization.Provide updates to the Finance Hiring and Onboarding Team about top positions and connect with hiring managers to identify the support needed.Help with the creation and maintenance of the Project Management plan including the stakeholder management plan, communication plan, Transition and Change Management plan, control plan, and other PM related tasks, in collaboration with the Project ManagerSupport the Finance Hiring and Onboarding Team with tasks and milestones tracking to ensure timely execution of the Hiring and Onboarding plans. Follow up with task owners for completion of actions required.Review open requisitions report and follow up with hiring managers to understand requisitions priority.

  The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

Critical thinking skillsProcess Improvements: Passion to optimize data including but not limited to Power BI, Automation, etc.Have passion and an aptitude for business processes and systems, be energized by new challenges such as learning new technical skills on the job, solving problems without clear or known answers and feel comfortable in dealing with a non-standardized and ambiguous environment).

  Qualifications

  You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Must be pursuing an university academic degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Macros, and Queries.Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Knowledge and/or experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budget reviews, accounting close process, variance analysis, financial reporting standards, and finance master data hierarchy maintenance. Experience with Power BI or any Data visualization or analytics tools.Studies and/or experience in Project Management.

  Working Model

  This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
