QPS Employment Group is hiring for a Counter Sales role for a company in Springfield, MO. The Counter Sales role will assist the warehouse with front of the store counter sales, as well as warehouse work in the back of the warehouse. This position will assist with all aspects of the business throughout the facility. This is an associate to hire opportunity.

Counter Sales Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Use a computer to do data entry and retrieval on computer systems- Enter customer orders and branch transfers; obtain quoting information, inventory information, and pricing- Follow up on customer orders, resolve customer issues, and customer service- Answer phones in a professional manner, assist customers, run cash register, and handle money and customer orders- Assist in the warehouse with unloading trucks, receiving product, and storing and counting merchandise- Customer purchase orders, ship product, label product, clean warehouse, and load trucks- Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks and stage merchandise throughout the facility

Counter Sales Requirements:- Forklift experience- Lift up to 50lbs regularly- Good customer service and the ability to multi-task- Able to operate a forklift and be able to count- Able to run cash register, take and count money, and have good customer service- Stand and walk on concrete floors for up to 8 hours a day- Basic knowledge of computers and computer systems- Good vision and be able to count and perform inventory
