Counter Part Salesperson Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and courteously by name (if known)Answer telephones promptly and courteously identifying yourself and the companyProvide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customersEnhance customer orders by asking if other products are needed that were not specifically requestedUse computer to do invoicing, credits, returns, reclaim, product procurement/replenishment, cash box reconciliation etc.What we look for in a Counter Part Salesperson:
