This position will have flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, coming into the office for mentorship, client and team collaboration.This position will contribute to a multi-discipline engineering team performing cost analysis and cost estimating.WHO YOU ARE:Passionate & Experienced: You have a relevant degree (Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Economics or similar) and a desire to perform cost analysis, cost estimating and risk analysis for planning and design phases for infrastructure projects (transportation, water, environmental).Organized: This position requires a strong attention to detail produce cost estimates, life cycle cost estimates, and analyze long-term alternatives and risks through all phases of a project life cycle. Requires an understanding or ability to learn construction means and methods and implement estimating best practices. This position will utilize various estimating software and tools such as: RS Means Online, Blue Beam, On Screen Takeoff (or other electronic takeoff software), @Risk, and Sage.Relationship-focused: Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative approach, and you thrive on developing rapport with others to develop relationships with internal and external clients and maintain quality delivery. Employee-owners are all eligible for performance-based bonuses based on key contributions.
