Support service transfer pricing processes and profitability analyses as it relates to operating expense assignment (cost).Note: This position is hybrid. Initially, the requirement would be 2 to 3 days per week in the office. As ability to work independently is demonstrated, the requirement would move to 1 day per week in the office.In this role you'll have the opportunity to:Maintain and develop the bank's cost accounting models.Provide cost rates for profitability analysis.Evaluate cost model assumptions for reasonableness and consistency. Inform management of those assumptions which appear to be unreasonable or inconsistent.Assist in maintaining the Bank's organizational profitability models and client profitability dashboard.Education & CertificationAssociate's Degree in a related field required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)Classes in Accounting, especially Managerial Accounting highly preferredBachelor's Degree in a related field preferred; Cost Accounting classes highly preferredExperienceExperience, preferably within a financial institution, preferredKnowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesAbility to work in a high volume, fast-paced office environment where deadlines are essential.Possess good analytical, verbal and written communication skills and an understanding of financial instruments, markets, and accounting.Possess understanding of financial accounting, balance sheets and income statements.Ability to solve problems creatively while complying with regulations and guidelines.
