COST ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST - CORPORATE OFFICE (AUSTIN, MN)

　　RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Is responsible for the monthly reconciliation of assigned warehouses and co-packers, all clerical steps necessary in maintaining inventory control, calculating product costs, and payment of invoices for various co-packers or subsidiaries of Hormel and invoice payment in Oracle.

　　Performs functions associated with production entry for 3rd party co-packers into QAD.

　　Analyzes and reports the Profit & Loss statements for co-packer locations weekly, and provides management with asset, liability, and accounts payable account reconciliations.

　　Performs other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Required

　　One year post high school education in accounting or equivalent in experience.

　　Experience with personal computers and ability to learn and use custom computer programs.

　　Demonstrated computer proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel.

　　Demonstrated strong organizational skills.

　　Demonstrated strong analytical skills.

　　Good communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Preferred

　　Oracle experience.

　　QAD experience.

　　DataServ experience.
