Every great story has a new beginning, and yours starts here.
Welcome to Warner Bros. Discovery... the stuff dreams are made of.
Who We Are...
When we say, "the stuff dreams are made of," we're not just referring to the world of wizards, dragons and superheroes, or even to the wonders of Planet Earth. Behind WBD's vast portfolio of iconic content and beloved brands, are the storytellers bringing our characters to life, the creators bringing them to your living rooms and the dreamers creating what's next...
From brilliant creatives, to technology trailblazers, across the globe, WBD offers career defining opportunities, thoughtfully curated benefits, and the tools to explore and grow into your best selves. Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.
Your New Role...
Imagine our team as the conscience of the WBD business, working out how best we can use our people, scale and Intellectual Property (that's the movies, games and content we make) to have a positive impact on society. We also decide what charities it makes most sense to work with, and vet those charities to make sure there are no risks to our brand in being associated with them and plan and carry out the work that the business needs to do with those charities.
We have three main pillars that our work focuses on:
Humanitarian support (eg. when there is an emergency globally, and also food banks locally for people who don't have enough to eat)Career pathways and skills (which is about helping people learn more about job opportunities in the industry and ways to start their careers with us)Sustainability (which is all about protecting the planet and making our business more planet friendly)
We're called 'International' because look after the Corporate Social Responsibility needs for all 31 WBD countries that sit outside the US (including the UK).
So, in a nutshell, we're the team that makes sure WBD do the right thing, in the right way to make a positive difference in society.
