Description
Established robotics company in the San Francisco Bay Area has an immediate opening for a Corporate Paralegal! This Corporate Paralegal will join a growing legal team, reporting to the Head of Commercial Legal and Compliance. As a Corporate Paralegal with this organization, you'll be responsible for three main functions including contracts administration, legal operations, and compliance administration. Responsibilities:
Legal Operations:Manage CLM Tool (Conga) and potential transition and integration to other software platforms.
Facilitate the implementation process for new tools.
Review and approve outside counsel invoices.
Assist in the overall management and coordination of legal processes within the organization.
Contracts Administration:Triage incoming contract request and handle legal document processing.
Draft simple contracts from templates.
Facilitate the execution of contracts including ensuring signature and redlines are executed.
Ensure accurate entry of finalized contracts into the system and manage contract deadlines.
Compliance Support:Provide support for anticorruption and export compliance attorneys.
Manage and administrate tools related to the compliance function.
Perform data entry tasks for compliance records.
Conduct due diligence activities related to legal and compliance matters.
Requirements
Qualifications:
5-10+ years of corporate paralegal, contracts administration, or legal operations experience.
Must have experience with contracts administration functions including drafting, reviewing, and executing agreements.
Prior CLM implementation experience highly preferred.
Exposure to compliance tool administration experience is a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Redwood City, CA on a hybrid basis.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Tech savvy and able to learn new software efficiently.
