　　Group Reservation Agent Golden Entertainment Corporate (Las Vegas, NV)

　　Description:

　　Summary: Assists OTA (Online Travel Agency) partners and guests with incoming phone calls and inquiries regarding reservations.

　　Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

　　Answers and handles all incoming calls to Groups Reservation from outside or within the properties

　　Input rooming list from fax or email

　　Scan reservations received by fax (TBA)

　　Reply to OTA emails

　　Access OTA extranets

　　Notifies Revenue Management team of all irregularities, customer problems or related area of difficulty

　　Performs other administrative duties as required by Revenue Management Team

　　Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position

　　Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards

　　Perform other duties as assigned

　　Requirements:

　　Qualifications

　　High school diploma or equivalent preferred

　　Minimum of six months of experience in a customer service position, preferably with the hospitality industry

　　Ability to apply commonsense to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

　　Must be available to work all schedules

　　Ability to type 40 words per minute

　　Proven experience providing high level of guest service

　　Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company

　　Verify right to work in the United States
