　　Responsibilities include:

　　Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, and other copywriters to create high-quality campaigns across various platforms (web, print, broadcast, social).

　　Strive for storytelling excellence to enhance impact.

　　Actively explore and implement cutting-edge digital tactics to continually enhance our effectiveness.

　　Improve client, campaign, and corporate social presence through campaigns and social content creation.

　　Conceptualize and craft compelling narratives aligned with objectives.

　　Tailor messaging for diverse platforms, ensuring consistency and optimization for each medium.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and strategists, to bring creative ideas to life.

　　Actively contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate innovative concepts.

　　Assist in crafting new business proposals to showcase Fors Marsh's capabilities.

　　Support the evolution of Fors Marsh's branding and voice.

　　Engage with clients to understand their vision, goals, and feedback, translating insights into effective copy.

　　Ensure all written content meets high standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency through rigorous editing and proofreading.

　　Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting project milestones and deadlines.

　　Work with all levels of internal staff, external clients, and vendors with professionalism and flexibility.

　　Collaborate independently and as a member of the team, demonstrating problem-solving skills and recommending effective solutions.

　　Uphold sound business ethics, including safeguarding proprietary and confidential information.

　　Qualifications:

　　Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a copywriter for advertising or marketing communications companies that work on a national or international level.

　　Portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles and successful campaigns.

　　Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or another related field.

　　Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling abilities.

　　Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

　　Proficiency in adapting tone and style for diverse audiences and industries.

　　Familiarity with design-thinking and human-centered design principles is a plus.

　　Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

　　Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish is a plus.
