Responsabilidades principales:

• Comunicación continua con agencias/clientes en cuanto a negociaciones e inserción de ordenes (ingreso, afectaciones, ajustes)

• Garantizar la precisión de todos los ingresos registrados en el sistema

• Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente a las regiones o representantes de ventas externos

• Actuar como enlace entre la región y/o los representantes de ventas externos y otros departamentos en la región (es decir, Traffic, Planning Reporting, Programming, Finance)

• Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con Finanzas para garantizar que todos los Contratos se ingresen con precisión para garantizar un reconocimiento de ingresos preciso.

• Mantener una comunicación diaria con AdSales y otros departamentos internos para garantizar la correcta emisión de los comerciales.

• Conciliación de cuentas y solicitud de facturaciones entre WBD y agencias/clientes

• Las responsabilidades están sujetas a cambios según las necesidades del Departamento y la Compañía.

Requerimientos

• Preferentemente el candidato debe tener más de 1 año de experiencia relacionada en entornos u operaciones de televisión.

• Se prefiere título universitario o experiencia equivalente

• Fuertes habilidades de análisis/organización y excelente comunicación verbal y escrita. El inglés es una ventaja.

• Debe ser una persona orientada a los detalles

• Debe demostrar iniciativa, ingenio y profesionalismo

• Excelentes habilidades informáticas en Windows, Word, Excel.

• El candidato debe tener motivación propia, ser capaz de manejar una multitud de proyectos simultáneamente y tomar medidas proactivas.

• Orientado al equipo y comprometido a brindar un extraordinario nivel de servicio a los clientes.

• Trabaje de manera eficiente e independiente con velocidad y precisión.

• Fuertes habilidades interpersonales
