　　Your Opportunity

　　Our Dynamic Kamloops, BC Transportation Team is looking for a Highway Design Technician Co-op! This position will involve working on a diverse selection of transportation related projects in highway design and construction.

　　This position is based in Kamloops, BC, and requires the candidate to work in-office.

　　Your Key Responsibilities

　　Assist engineers in the preparation of highway and roadway designs, quantity takeoffs, and drawings for a variety of transportation design engineering projects.

　　Responsibilities include computer aided design and drafting, checking drawings and calculations, and quantity take-offs.

　　Qualifications

　　Your Capabilities and Credentials

　　Minimum requirements include some exposure to CAD Design programs and current good academic standing in accredited engineering technologist school.

　　Education and Experience

　　Must be currently enrolled in an Engineering Technology Program.

　　Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.

　　$21.86 Per Hour - $29.99 Per Hour Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in BC (Lower Mainland includes Vancouver & Burnaby)The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
