　　Employer: The Lake House on Canandaigua, 770 S Main Street, Canandaigua NY 14424. Daily transportation to worksite from Campus Gate 4350 Lakeshore Drive, Canandaigua, NY 14424.

　　Duties: Prepare , season, and cook dishes such as soup, sandwiches, bread, vegetables, or desserts in restaurants and cafes and quick-serve locations. Proper food preparation, storage and service.

　　Work days vary Monday - Sunday, 7 days per week. Business operations 7 days per week. 24 hour business operation needs. 8 hours per day. Normal shift time required include: 6:00am to 2:30pm, 8am - 4:30pm, 2:30pm - 11:00pm, 11:00pm to 7:00am. Holidays and weekends included. Workers will work at least 35 hours per week and will work weekends, split, and rotate shifts.

　　Base rate $18.00 per hour and overtime when available $27.00/hour.

　　No education, 3 months experience required in cooking or related position.

　　A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday.

　　All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

　　Optional employer provided housing at rate of $130/week is available. 1 meals a day included. Transportation provided at no cost.

　　Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

　　H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

　　Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12 week period of the total employment period.

　　Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.46/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
