　　Employer: Old Oaks Country Club, 3100 Purchase Street, Purchase, NY 10577.

　　Duties: Prep, season, cook, plate & garnish meals. Measure/mix ingredients per recipe for cooking from scratch. Follow portion control, presentation, consistency, flavor, proper sanitation procedures. Observe/test food cooked. May substitute/assist other cooks in emergencies/rush periods.

　　No education or experience required.

　　Must be available to work split-shifts, nights, weekends & holidays as needed. Must be able to lift, pull, push or carry up to 25 lbs or more, and walk or stand for long periods of time. Professional appearance, able to communicate in English.

　　Work hours: Days vary (Mon-Sun), shifts vary (7am-11pm), 35 hours/week minimum at $19.55/hr minimum, overtime possible but not guaranteed at $29.33/hr. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in the specified occupation at the company's sole discretion based on individual factors, including work performance, skill or tenure.

　　A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Thursday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

　　Optional employer-provided housing with utilities available at no charge to the worker.

　　Two employer-provided meals per day available at no cost to the worker.

　　Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

　　Employer to provide company-specific washable uniforms at no cost to the worker.

　　H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

　　Most economical and reasonable cost of transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be reimbursed only if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer except where worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.46/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
