As a store Associate, you'll be the face of the store, greeting customers with warmth and enthusiasm as they enter. You'll create a welcoming atmosphere, assisting customers with their needs, and leaving a lasting impression that keeps them coming back.

$15.00 - $16.00

Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a smile and friendly hello.

Welcome customers with open arms by maintaining a clean and inviting store both inside and out.

Operate register with speed and accuracy.

Keep shelves stocked and well organized.

Coffee, coffee, coffee and coffee.

Any other convenience store activities, because at Mirabito, every employee can do every job.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for making people smile.

Excellent communication skills.

Be able to stay cool under pressure while juggling multiple tasks.

Be able to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a convenience store.

Must be able to read and follow company training, policies and procedures.

Fluent with basic math and the ability to calculate change if required.

Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
