Meet regularly with clients to define project scope and present project progress - PLC programming (mostly in RSLogix 5, 500, and 5000) - HMI programming (mostly in PanelView Plus, RSView ME, Ignition, and Wonderware) - Develop PLC architecture designs including Ethernet, ControNet, and Remote I/O - Develop electrical control schematics including low voltage power distribution, PLC I/O drawings, and 480V motor schematics - Provide onsite electrical system construction and commissioning support for customers - Travel to glass customer sites roughly 30% of the yearSkills:

MUST HAVE: - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university. Link to confirm accredited university program status: https://www.abet.org/accreditation/find-programs/ - 8+ years of Controls Engineering experience - 8+ years experience programming Allen Bradley - Experience working onsite at customer facilities - Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites roughly 30% of the year - Ability to climb ladders, walk customer facilities, and stand for long periods of time PLUS: - PE (Professional Engineer) license - Experience working for an Engineering Services firm - Wonderware - Glass industry experience - Ability to program completely from scratch / from a blank sheet of paper
