　　Position: Controller - Construction Services

　　Location: Western Minneapolis Suburbs

　　Compensation: $120K to $140K + Bonus

　　Our Opportunity

　　The Controller will lead the day-to-day accounting operations for our expanding construction services division. This position will play a vital role in aligning operations and the company’s corporate finance team. 

　　Key duties include:

　　Manage all day-to-day accounting activities such as billing, AR, AP, credit & collections, and inventory.

　　Establish/reinforce internal control systems.

　　Ability to step in at any location and perform transactional duties when accounting support is needed, including travel if required

　　Oversee select month-end processes, including bank reconciliations, credit card allocations, fixed assets, and inventory reconciliation

　　Provide job status reporting to operators on a regular basis, and work with controller to compute monthly over/under billing accruals

　　Analyze and interpret financial results and report findings to management

　　Ideal candidate should have:

　　Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA preferred

　　8-10+ years progressive accounting experience

　　Construction experience preferred

　　CPA desired

　　Ability to manage staff in different geographic regions

　　Ability to travel 25%
