Are you ready to take off on yournext career with us? Job Summary Controllers function as the centralclearing house for all data and information for the local operation andthe customer. In this role, the controller must maintain consistent andprofessional communication with warehouse operations, ramp operations,3rd party trucking providers and the customer through phone calls andupdates in the customers proprietary computer system. The successfulcontroller will be a subject matter expert in the customers standardwork manual and use this as a guide to drive required communications.Examples of communications would include notice of flight/linehauldelays, operational escalationsand consumable inventories.Responsibilities To apply you must have met the following requirements.Upkeep Inbound and Outbound Trucks Activity Logs. Professionally handleInbound calls and outbound calls. Monitor Inbound and Outbound flights.Adapt to constant changes in procedures. Create and send reports on time\"in the loop\". Display ability to work as a team. Able to work underpressure. Knowledgeable of Amazon Logistics System. Have ability tofollow instructions. Be willing to work and be trained in all aspects ofthe operation. Detail Oriented Must Be Flexible ExceptionalCommunication Skills Any additional tasks or job assignments assigned bymanagement. Minimum Requirements 2 years\' experience in Data Entry.Highschool GED or Higher Professionally handle Inbound calls andoutbound calls Able to work under pressure and adapt to constant changesin procedures. Be willing to work overtime when needed. Detail Orientedwith exceptional communication skills Preferred Skills Good customerservices skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) is preferred.Warehouse experience preferred. GWAM of 35+ words per minute. PhysicalRequirements/Working Conditions Must be able to lift 50 to 70lbs. Mustbe able to work inclement weather. Must be able to work weekends andholidays.
