Kforce's growing client in the Oconomowoc, WI area is looking for a Controller for their manufacturing company. They are looking for a financial leader to run the day-to-day operations but also be a Business Partner and help strategize and build/grow the business.Responsibilities:

　　Administration of budget process and forecasts

　　Controller will review and refine overhead rates for costing purposes

　　Work with Engineering and Sales to maintain an agile and efficient quoting process with proper GM controls and recommendations

　　Analyze BOM and ensure margins are maintained

　　As a Controller, you will drive cost reduction and profit maximization strategies

　　Coordination of physical inventories, inventory valuation, and costing

　　Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting

　　3-5 years of experience in management

　　Strong background in manufacturing cost accounting

　　ERP Systems experience

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
