Description

　　A growing local engineering firm committed to environmentally conscious solutions and sustainable practices is looking to add a contracts specialist to their team. Candidates must have previous experience as a contracts specialist or contracts administrator.

　　The salary for this position is between 70k – 95k DOE. They offer medical, dental, and vision, participation in company’s 401k, 7 days PTO plus sick time according to Washington State law and 6 paid holidays. This position starts in office 5 days week for training purposes, a hybrid option is negotiable afterwards.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Report directly to CFO and work with project managers.

　　Work with contracts from city and state.

　　Review contracts for legal/insurance requirements and liability.

　　Draft responses for initial contracts that are submitted by clients.

　　Ensure contracts are sorted and are handed to appropriate party.

　　Some legal assistant duties as assigned.

　　Requirements

　　5+ years of experience.

　　A successful candidate will have experience reading legal documents and familiarity with the industry (engineering or construction).

　　A successful candidate will be detail oriented.

　　Experience putting together subcontracts, vendor agreements, and understanding of SOW’s.

　　Experience in billing a plus!
