Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide strong interface between Program Management, Supply Chain, and Operations to create, review, and or process contracts for the department
Determine ability to meet requested customer dates based on capacity, cycle time and inventory.
Reviews proposal artifacts to determine number and complexity of deliverables to create basis of estimate for effort.
Reviews contract award artifacts for input into the data management system
Process data submittals
Process request for quotes and direct to appropriate department
Create reports for on time delivery metrics, open deliverables
Maintains historical legal records
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Experience in multi-faceted Manufacturing environment in a management capacity and Associates Degree
Project management experience with ERP System
The ability to effectively influence cross functional teams
Exercise independent judgment with regard to resolution of problems and interaction with other departments
Problem solving and analytical skills to review and compare data to identify inconsistencies and determine priorities
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments
Planning, organizing and managing time to handle multiple assignments concurrently
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Effective time management.
Multi-tasking.
Effective teamwork.
Process oriented.
US Citizen required
Desired Skills:
SAP experience a plus
Aerospace experience a plus
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.
Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
