　　Your Role

　　As Contract Logistics Distribution Specialist, you will manage daily distribution operations via most optimum method to meet customer demands, and you will act as a customer representative in routine or urgent demands of the clients

　　Your Responsibilities

　　To organize and attend meetings with customers and subcontractors

　　To manage daily distribution and shipping activities

　　To manage of the customer complaint portal

　　To prepare of KPI reports & Daily communication with subcontractors

　　To carry out the activities in accordance with the Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Environment and Information

　　Security policy, target, and management system documents

　　To fulfill the duties assigned by the senior management in line with knowledge, skills and training

　　Your Skills and Experiences

　　Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field

　　Minimum 2 years of experience in Contract Logistics operations

　　Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

　　Excellent communication skills with good customer-centric attitude

　　Good analytical skills with attention to detail & good Excel knowledge is a must

　　Good problem solving and negotiation skills

　　Good command in written and spoken Turkish
