　　Responsibilities Support commercial and internal Client Learning and Talent Enablement programs Propose learning and development programs and objectives Scope, design and deliver high-quality and impactful learning content that supports a global organization Manage and lead complex learning and talent programs with multiple business touchpoints Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify competencies and learning needs of the target audience Partner with internal and external instructional designers and learning vendors to deliver learning experience programs Conceptualize storyboards and work with graphic designers and multimedia developers to create effective instructional assets (e.g., video, eLearning interactives) Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product Requirements
