Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Contract Analyst. This position is located at our Greenwood, SC facility. Relocation assistance will be provided within the United States.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $62250.03 - $91300.04 a year.

What you'll do:
The Contract Analyst will provide project coordination, contract review and training around complex global capacitor projects. They will coordinate the activities necessary for successful execution of international and domestic capacitor projects for utilities, C&I and federal government contracts. The Contract Analyst will work with and be responsible to coordinate the efforts of customers, a team of engineers, commercial specialists, factory management and external partners. Activities include - maintain project schedule, manage order entry requirements, track documentation submittals, develop project timelines, coordinate vendor activities, coordinate customer inspections, and coordinate activities with field sales, customer service, and freight forwarding companies.
The Contract Analyst reviews customer contracts for key projects and ensures contract terms are met as the order proceeds through the facility.
They will also provide customer focused training functions such as coordinating and participating in training activities, including -trade shows, technical conferences, site workshops, remote training, etc.
Coordinate activities of purchasing, production control, marketing, product engineering, production, vendors and customers. Holds regular status meetings with team.Set and maintain client and internal expectations. Maintain project schedule, deliverables, budget and flow of cash.Manage revenue recognition to meet forecast and government regulations. Forecasts revenue and margin for projects.Manage scope and mitigates risk across projects. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.Coordinate the logistics of foreign vendors and local content requirements to minimize project risk and ensure project success.Provide technical product training to customers while onsite, remotely and offsite locations. Generate new lecture materials as requested by Customer working with subject matter experts. Evaluate existing training content and revise as needed to improve customers experience and product advances.Lead training and support booth activities at Trade Shows to educate customers of product and application benefits.Follow contract review guideline including unacceptable terms, approved deviations from standard T&Cs, and assessment process on other requests. Implement with team to ensure consistent approach for all members.Develop notification and success tracking on special term process to ensure Eaton meets custom commitments.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution to be completed no later than December 2023Company sponsorship is not offered. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology from an accredited institution Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification preferred, but not requiredExperience in coordinating electric utility-type projects, conducting technical training, or professional engineering experienceExperience in front end ETO business - sales, customer service, marketing, engineering, etc.Experience with Contract Assessments or Terms and Condition Reviews
