Focusing on the accurate and timely processing of contentclaims, via the use of edjuster\'s claims handling professional-servicemethodology and its Web-based content claims processing and pricingplatform/system - exclaim. Operating from their appropriately set up andequipped home-based offices, edjuster\'s Content Claims Specialists areconsistently (daily/weekly basis) assigned new claim files. Operatingfrom their home-based offices, edjuster\'s Content Claims Specialistsare responsible for recording all daily claims handling activity, withrespect to hours worked/time spent per task as well as fulfilling all oftheir required administrative job duties. Responsibilities As part ofthis role, responsibilities included, but are not limited to thefollowing: Conduct site visit to meet the adjusters/policyholders andindustry vendors, where they are to explain their roles as ContentClaims Specialists, and their respective roles/contributions in theclaims handling process. Visit sites to conduct inventory of thecontents lost. Identify claim type and apply appropriate methodologybased on the circumstances of the contents loss. May be exposed todiverse conditions (cold, heat, rain, debris, etc.). Ensure consistentand quality/turnaround of all claims in accordance with the Company\'sproductivity and performance standards.
