　　¿Cómo es un día típico como Contable / Cuentas a Cobrar ? Estarás:

　　• Asegurando el cumplimiento de las normas contables, la legislación fiscal y las mejores prácticas

　　• Registrando y verificando transacciones contables en el sistema (pagos de clientes, cargos bancarios, transferencias, facturas, inventario, etc.)

　　• Preparando y presentando estados financieros, así como revisando e identificando variaciones respecto a períodos anteriores

　　• Manteniendo informes actualizados de activos fijos y depreciación

　　• Generando y preparando cálculos de nómina e informes obligatorios relacionados con los pagos de nómina

　　• Ayudando en auditorías anuales y actuando como enlace con auditores externos

　　• Gestionando cuentas por cobrar y haciendo seguimiento a los clientes para el pago

　　Este trabajo podría ser perfecto para ti si:

　　• Preferiblemente tienes un Bachillerato en contabilidad, finanzas o un campo relevante

　　• Tienes al menos tres (3) años de experiencia como asistente de contador o en un puesto similar

　　• Tienes habilidades en Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook y Peachtree

　　• Preferiblemente eres bilingüe
