Digital Services (Zelle Foundation)
Scope
This individual will be required to assist members with questions and issues regarding their online mobile banking application. These questions may be regarding setup issues with their Zelle application or questions with sending and receiving funds.

Full paid training will be provided - Training will be broken up into different phases.
Training is onsite in Pensacola, FL (Mon-fri 8:00am-4:30pm)
Work Environment:
Shifts after training are hybrid remote (1 day per week onsite required)
Training is 100% onsite and located in Pensacola, FL
Normal shift after training
The current regular shifts available after training would be a Sun-Fri OR Mon-Sat Hybrid Flex schedule with a start times between 11:30am-3:30pm (Candidates must be open to working the weekend (either Saturdays or Sunday)
Shifts:
Representatives will get their schedule 2 weeks ahead of time and will only be scheduled 5 days a week but must be flexible. DC1 Phase One

Digital Services (Zelle Foundations) Training is 25 days consisting of 14 days of trainer led instruction & OJT plus 10 days of field exercises (on the phone time).
After Phase One of Training, you will take part in a four-week
nesting period where you will remain on campus taking calls,
have daily one hour debriefs, and receive extra guidance from their supervisor
and mentor. you would work your assigned shift during nesting
(Mon – Fri.)
DC2 Phase Two
Immediately after Nesting, contractors will go back through training (virtually from Campus) to obtain the following skills
Zelle Advanced
Zelle Holds and Suspensions
Debit Card Disputes / Claim Status
Disputes / Scams / Fraud Refresher
Digital Services (Zelle Advanced) Training is 5 days consisting of trainer led instruction, two 120-minute sessions with Navigators, and two days with chat support. They will not take part in nesting after Zelle Advanced Training.
After Phase 2 Training, contractors can then be
considered for hybrid work assuming they meet the teleworking guidelines
including satisfactory performance & attendance.
