*A community bank headquartered in Ambler, Pennsylvania is seeking a Consumer Mortgage Closer to work full-time at the Ambler Branch location. *

　　RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Closer to coordinate all phases of loan closings.  The Closer's responsibilities include reviewing loan data and information submitted by loan officers, processors and underwriter for quality control purposes.  The Closer will communicate with internal associates, closing agents and all parties involved in the transaction ensuring that all closing documentation is complete, accurate and in compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies.

　　SKILLS:

　　The successful candidate will be detailed oriented, have strong computer and organizational skills, works well under pressure and deadlines and maintains accurate closing schedules.  The position requires maintaining working relationships with external organizations including borrowers, attorneys, title companies and other financial institutions.

　　EDUCATION / TRAINING:

　　B.S. or B.A. degree or sufficient industry experience.  Specialized lending education and training a plus. S.A.F.E Act certification.  Experience with mortgage LOS (Encompass, Finestra/Laser Pro, etc.)

　　EXPERIENCE:

　　Three (3) to five (5) years' lending industry experience in a related position.
