  The role you’ll contribute: Consumer Experience Specialist

  The Consumer Experience Specialist will report to the Sr. Manager of Strategic Operations & Project Management and will be an integral part of the AHMG – EFD Consumer Experience team. In this role, you will have a successful track record of breaking down complex business ideas, analyzing data inputs and delivering key Consumer focused information to a variety of audiences. You will need to partner with managers, technologists, and operators to deliver impactful analysis supporting solutions for our Consumers. AdventHealth will depend on you to help drive solutions, processes, and technologies to create the greatest impact on the overall Consumer experience. The Consumer Experience Specialist works closely with Consumer team colleagues to research, develop, and influence product solutions and key Consumer efforts based on team strategy and vision. This role is inherently cross-functional: you will work closely with technology, design, operations, analytics and executive teams to bring solutions to market. You will have the opportunity to summarize research, report on data driven insights, research and document consumer friction points as well as bring creative thinking to complex solutions.

  Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities :

  · Responsible for understanding and analyzing a variety of data inputs and research related to key consumer promise and aspirational initiatives

  · Prepare and create learning materials using various mediums and teaching methods

  · Proven success record in analyzing, developing, building, and executing first-in-class services and/or experiences

  · Identify areas of improvement for training curriculum and materials on an ongoing basis

  · Export daily performance reports from consumer-based dashboards

  · Ensures new capabilities, improvements and/or enhancements are well integrated and vetted within the AdventHealth ecosystem including proactively partnering and collaborating with impacted upstream/downstream matrixed areas.

  · Proven ability to think strategically, execute methodically, and manage competing priorities simultaneously.

  · Research and synthesize Consumer insight inputs to effectively develop communications for senior level audiences.

  · Summarize findings using digestible language and illustrations

  · Communicates changes in strategic direction, product vision, progress and/or prioritizations in a timely, thorough manner to leadership and impacted project teams, including escalation of any issues that could impact the budget, timeline, or vision

  · Provides frequent communication to the Consumer Experience Team on project progress, escalating any issues that could impact the budget, timeline, or strategic vision.

  · Develops and collaborates on building effective project update/progress presentations and associated communication materials for senior leadership and impacted teams.

  Qualifications

  The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  · High School Diploma

  · Minimum 2 years of experience working as a consumer experience representative, reporting specialist, or similar role.

  · Fluent with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  · Intermediate with project management tools

  · Novice experience intranet SharePoint, dashboards/Power BI

  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

  · Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
