　　DescriptionPosition SummaryProvides and plans safe efficient age specific nursing care for patients/families related to lactation services.Essential FunctionsPatient care/assessment; (20%)Lactation program operations; (15%)Communication and collaboration; (10%)Leadership; (5%)Involved in learning and self-improvement; (5%)Age specific knowledge. (5%)Required For All JobsPerforms other duties as assigned.Complies with all policies and standards.For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation.Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
