　　D.R. Horton, Inc.is currently looking for an *Construction Scheduler*in the Construction Department. The right candidate will create, update, and maintain computerized construction schedules.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

　　Develop schedules for construction projects. Use historical data and estimates in the creation of the scheduleCoordinate with the field and other departments to ensure an accurate timelineOversee the unification of field and office systemsCollect, forecast, and disperse construction data to trades and internal customersProvide reports and updates to management and the fieldManage the schedule and revise it as necessaryUpdate the historical database with data from ongoing projectsAble to work overtimeAble to travel overnightEducation and/or Experience

　　One-year certificate from college or technical schoolSix months to one year of related experience and/or trainingAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsProficiency with MS Office and emailPreferred Qualifications
