Theresponsibilities of the Site Construction Engineer are to assist andsupport project management & site supervision in duties such as documentmanagement and design coordination, change orders, scheduling, tradescope verification and procurement, quality control, and costaccounting. This position will also be involved in field activitiesincluding working closely with the Site Construction Managers withdesign and constructability coordination/details, and withsubcontractors and designers regarding constructability details,coordination, and changes. Qualifications Essential Duties Include:Assist Project Team with the preparation and presentation of ProjectPlans. Reviews design information and develops scopes of work/bidpackages for all assigned items. Assists in evaluation and award ofcontracts. Maintains all project documents including contract drawings,specifications, shop drawings, and RFIs. Distributes to appropriateparties such as field staff and subcontractors. Establishes andexpedites the submittal process. Coordinates all submittals betweensubcontractors and design team. Ensures full compliance of contractualrequirements of submittals and documents. Change Order management.Evaluates changes and initiates development of contract documents.Establishes and maintains all change management documentation, includingdrawings, Owner or design team directives, or any other notice. Compilesand records all pricing and assists project management as directed.Material and equipment expediting. Maintains all logs to track andensure timely deliveries of materials and equipment. Coordinate timelydeliveries to move project schedule. Prepare & Maintains alldocumentation required for assigned role, including correspondence,emails, meeting minutes, and reports. Assist Project Team with onsiteSafety management and control.
