This job order is in connection with an H-2B labor certification filing.15 temporary full time positions to work from April 1 to December 31,2024, Monday to Friday 6:00 am-2:00pm and some weekends as needed. OT\$31.83/hr paid as required by law. A single workweek used for computingwages. Payment will be weekly, on Thursdays. Deductions to paycheckrequired by law. No mass transit to work site. If the worker completes50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker fortransportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to theplace of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the workeris dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for workersreasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home orto the place the worker originally departed to work, except where theworker will not return due to subsequent employment with anotheremployer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will beequal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for thedistances involved. Daily subsistence payment will be at least\$15.46/day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00/day with receipts,according to 655.20(j)(1)(i), (ii). These payments will be done with acompany check, separately from their payroll check.
The H-2B worker will be reimbursed for all visa, visa processing, bordercrossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by thegovernment on the first workweek. All tools, supplies and equipmentrequired will be provided without charge or deposit charge according to655.20(k). According to DOL regulation 20 CFR 655.20(f) the guaranteewill apply within a 12 week work period when the work period covers 120or more days or each 6 week period when work is less than 120 days.
