Job Description

　　This position is also responsible for individual contributor role where the candidate comes with skills like

　　Understanding the client’s requirement and prepare the data for the configuration and complete the system configuration.

　　Coordinate the internal project team to bi-directionally share configuration status, Project timelines and project updates, and verify configuration request.

　　Escalate reported configuration issues for resolution.

　　Balance configuration ownership responsibilities across multiple external clients.

　　Responsibilities

　　Associate will be engaged in not just millennium configuration, also interact with the clients / consultants, recommend the design decisions, work on complex SR’s/CR’s, assist Go-lives (Remote or onsite) and have a combination strong Configuration and Solution knowledge across different regions across all regions as Australia, Middle East, UK and ECP.
