Aerotek is looking for candidates with experience working in construction and/or with precast concrete!

　　What Is The Job?

　　Will be assisting with all phases of precast concrete production. Will be helping build forms, tie rebar, strip forms, move materials around the facility, and perform general cleanup. On the job training will be provided for candidates with less experience.

　　Various activities related to the manufacturing of precast and prestressed concrete.

　　This is an indoor working environment

　　Physical - Lifting, bending, kneeling, twisting, turning, squatting

　　What Skills Do You Need?

　　Carpentry

　　General construction

　　Production

　　Concrete

　　Attention to detail

　　At least one year of any sort of labor experience is required. Any precast or construction experience is preferred. Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions. Candidates with other outdoor labor experience will also be considered.

　　Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

　　Day shift available. This is a full time and long-term job. Overtime will be available. Pay starts at $21 - $23/hr, depending on experience. Lots of room for growth in pay based on performance and tenure with the company.
