ESI is one of the largest construction companies in Colorado thatself-performs a variety of services including Underground Utilities,Milling, Asphalt, Paving, Grading, Concrete, and Earthwork forInfrastructure and Infrastructure Improvement Projects in the commercial,municipal, and federal sectors.POSITION SUMMARYOversees the setting and aligning concrete forms, placing wire mesh andconcrete and applying concrete finishing methods in construction of slabs ongrade, slabs on deck, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and relatedconcrete structures. Participate in the building phase of the constructionproject and oversee its organization, scheduling, personnel management,and implementation. Four years' experience preferred.

Maintain ability to legally operate a motor vehicle and qualify forcompany auto insurance.Meet the requirements under FMCSA for a qualified driver to operate aCommercial Motor Vehicle.Work alongside crews, operating equipment and or performing general laborwork to complete construction projects safely and within contractrequirements.Schedules and supervises daily activities of concrete paving personnelincluding preparing and submitting daily timesheets, progress reports,code receipts and/or invoices, track change of conditions that impactcontract cost and scheduling.Plan, coordinate and schedules trucks and equipment to job site.Calculates required quantities of concrete and materials.Contacts ready mix plants to schedule material (mix).Checks material for quantity and quality of placement.Ability to set grades, form, pour, and finish interior and exterior concrete.Develop and maintain safe ingress and egress for construction vehicles.Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or designprofessionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures,complaints, or construction problems.
