　　Trust and Safety Operations a pivotal team within U.S. Data Security. We strive to enable TikTok to become the most trusted and secure platform in the US through operational excellence in content moderation via innovations in technology, optimization in processes and investment in people. We ensure that we enforce our policies based on our community guidelines and we take appropriate actions in a timely manner to minimize risks on our platform to our users and advertisers.

　　In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

　　Responsibilities

　　As a Compliance Program Specialist on TikTok's USDS Trust & Safety (T&S) Operations team, your main objective is to support the compliance program, which focuses on core T&S operations and BPO vendor compliance. You are skilled at supporting compliance processes, such as running audits and providing compliance guidance. You have a strong analytical mindset and are able to make data-driven decisions. You will contribute to a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions, projects, and manage time efficiently.

　　- Support project management of T&S audits prompted by Internal Audit or External Auditors

　　- Support initiatives to improve BPO vendor compliance, including vendor audits and process creation

　　- Conduct reviews of sensitive data sharing requests

　　- Author compliance SOPs and policies

　　- Deliver routine and comprehensive updates and reports to management and leadership, offering insights into the progress of compliance initiatives promptly addressing any identified risks or issues

　　- Provide subject matter expertise on all topics related to company-wide and T&S-specific compliance policies

　　Qualifications

　　Qualifications

　　- 2+ years of relevant work experience in internal compliance, internal audit, internal control, or other areas in well-known tech companies, or relevant experience in the above fields in relevant consulting firms

　　- Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to execute with rigor in a fast changing environment

　　- Proven track record of pushing ambitious projects, and/or organizational or process changes with a data driven approach

　　- Great at working cross-functionally with other teams/departments

　　- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $65478 - $92888 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
