2-10 Home Buyers Warranty is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our Contractor Relations Compliance team. In this role, you will monitor contractor pricing and service performance of the 2-10 HBW Contractor Network by reviewing job code usage, exception reporting, billed invoices and other methods as developed to ensure accuracy based upon agreed pricing between 2-10 HBW and the contractor. This role will require professional communication [verbal and written] with internal and external contacts daily. This role requires basic record keeping and detailed notation on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Review pending & completed claims for contractor billing compliance to agreed pricing terms and service commitments.
Review pricing discrepancies with contractors via phone and email correspondence.
Overcoming objections and challenging phone conversations with contractors.
Daily reporting and maintaining database records for improper billing, corrections made & errors that are not correctable.
Facilitate contractor billing corrections / recovery process for future work to be completed.
Assist with the training and development of our contractor self-service monitoring process and procedures.
Identify cost savings for homeowners & ensure service standards are maintained.
Document all customer interactions in a clear, professional, concise, and informative matter leveraging company systems and procedures.
Deliver high quality, professional customer interactions, measured via our departmental and company quality assurance standards.
Assist inner-departmental teams with daily functions as required.
Other duties as assigned.
What skills and experience should you bring to this role?
High School Diploma or GED.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Basic record keeping knowledge (Excel, Smartsheets, etc.).
Basic knowledge of home repair systems/industry [not required].
