Scope of Position
Build relationships with community-based organizations to develop appropriate strategies to connect jobseekers to available opportunities and to aid customers who need further assistance. Facilitate the development of formal and effective Community Connections Partner Agreements.Outreach and invite EARN Customers to the appropriate Center, in partnership with the CAO. Improve the overall show rate of these customers.Contact WIA Intensive/Training customers who are at risk of exiting without known employment to seek reengagement through encouraging and scheduling Center services.Responsibilities
Meet with community organizations to learn about their missions and share information about our mission and goalsMaintain current knowledge of state and local guidelines and regulationsDisseminate information on available job opportunities to community-based organizationsCommunicate with other departments and management to resolve problemsCoordinate recruitment and placement of program participantsSchedule and conduct onsite presentations with organizationsActively communicate with and update community-based organizations on the progress of their participantsSchedule satellite orientations at various partner locations to increase the Center's awareness and participationConduct outreach to EARN Clients to increase understanding to supportive services.Develop strategies with team lead to increase the show-rateResponsible for weekly progress reportsRelationship Management```{=html}

Qualifications
Experience in business, sales, training, interpersonal skillsExperience in a team-oriented environmentBachelor's degree in business, education, human resources, liberal arts or related area is preferredKnowledge of Microsoft applicationsA valid driver's license, reliable transportation & clean driving record required
