Local Senior Living Community seeks a Community Manager. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property. Any candidate would need to have prior property management experience. Experience in a HUD property would be ideal, but we would be open to training the right candidate. They would be responsible for maintaining the wait list, processing applicants for move-in, processing annual recertifications, ensuring compliance with HUD rules and regulations, collecting and depositing rent checks, property inspections, etc. The Community Manager position is full time. Responsibilities
Provide a broad range of administrative support to property managers for residential, commercial and/or community association properties
Arrange maintenance, landscaping, and property repairs
Coordinate insurance requirements
Contribute to preparation of budgets, financial documents and other reports
Engage with prospective tenants to review leases, terms of occupancy, and/or ownership
Handle tenant applications, leases, or contracts
Collect monthly rent and fees
Requirements - Demonstrated customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation skills
Prior real estate, financial and/or contract experience preferred
Proven interpersonal skills and computer competencies are necessary
