　　Primary Responsibilities

　　Conduct training for newly hired operational team members on core systems, processes, and applications Deliver training using multiple mediums - classroom, webinar, blended learning approaches Deliver continuing education, up skill, and performance improvement training as necessary Provide feedback on trainee performance in the classroom to Operational Leaders Assess the training and organizational development needs within a function (e.g. claims) Participate in the development of training programs and classroom materials Provide leadership within the classroom or virtual classroom environment Report training metrics and generate training related reports Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

　　Required Qualifications:

　　At least 2 years of total or relevant experience - communications trainer, ESL etc. Solid and excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Experience in training/facilitating in classroom, webinar and blended learning environments Knowledgeable in various MS Office applications - Excel etc. Experience in instructional design
